Using UCRM is one of the ways to manage Customers, Tasklist for each technician, and Payments.
Is a excellent platform but mikrotik implementation may not fully work with V7.
We found this problem and designed our own plugin, is a custom api to connect Mikrotik Routers to UCRM Database.
Will make sure UCRM and Mikrotik Firewall have the same information ralated to:
- Unpaid Customers
- Customer Speed Profile
- Deleted Customers
- *Un-Authorized IP Addresses*
With this plugin we can make sure all your traffic is billed, and the only way IP addresses can get traffic is trough your UCRM.
